Different observers will always come up with different numbers. The
Goldmann tonometer (small prism on the slit lamp under the blue light)
is the most accurate way to check IOP, but still, different folks will
get different readings. I would get yet another opinion before
letting someone start me on medications...there is quite a difference
between 23 and 32 (maybe the doc is dyslexic?).
