If I mess up my timing of 3 times a day, what is the most frequent I can
take a dose? For example, after 6 hours? After 5 hours? What are the
risks of taking a 2nd dose more often than every 5 or 6 hours?

Does it matter if I take a dose as late as 1 or 2 am?
I've been told Xlantan works best if I take it before 11pm. Is that
true? And is that also true of Pilocarpine?

Relax....none of this is that crucial.  Pilo won't hurt you even if
you take it a few hours from your last dose.  And no, it doesn't
matter how late you take any of these.  If you miss a dose every now
and then, your pressure won't go up to 40, nor will you lose your
vision.
