Hi all. I'm new, but have lurked for a few weeks. I'm 63, diagnosed about
8 yrs. ago after noticeable vision loss in left eye. Just changed
specialists. My previous specialist had me on Xalatan 1/day, Betoptic and
Alphagan 2/day. New doc said up the Alphagan to 3/day. This is a difficult
regimen for me to follow.

What dosage are you other Alphagan users taking? 2 or 3 per day?

When I used Alphagan (had to stop because I developed an allergy to
it), I used it 2X a day. You might try reading the insert that comes
in the box. It may include dosage guidelines.

When I used Alphagan-P it was 2x per day, too.

Off-subject: I hate the bottle this Trusopt is in, I am wasting a ton
of it. For some reason I can't get just a drop out, it's either
nothing or a huge splash.

I have the same problem with the Rescula bottle --it's either a blob or
not enough . Is their a right way to Hold the bottle ?

I'm using AlphaganP 3X and understand that is a normal option.

I'm on Alphagan-P two times a day, each eye, but also take Cosopt 2X day
each eye.
