Been a while since I have dropped in to the group, we've been doing
some renovations on the house and that took up most of my time (not to
mention money). 8)
I'm reaching the six-month mark since my diagnosis and things are
still a bit up in the air. After changing doctors, I am now going to
one with whom I feel comfortable so that to me is a major step
forward. Unfortunately he hasn't found the right drug for me yet.
To date I've used Xalatan, Travatan and Alphagan P. No joy from any
of those, yesterday my pressures were up to 22 (when diagnosed, they
were 20).
I started on Trusopt last night; not as bad as I had feared. When a
doctor says "this is going to sting a little", I prepare myself for
more than "a little" but it really isn't so bad.
I go back in 2 weeks to see how the Trusopt is working out. Aside
from everything else, I hope these work so I don't end up having to
haul all the way across town (about a 1.25 hour drive) to the doctor!
=)
I hope everyone is doing well.

Good luck Leigh. I think the three drugs you've tried are all closely
related, so maybe the new drops will give you a dramatically better result
-- I sure hope so!
