Is it common? In fact practically every emotion, other than sitting still and doing nothing, will cause me to have a tonic-clonic seizure - it's scary! Hello Mary, I just wrote back to say how happy I was that there are others who have experienced the "sound of running water" syndrome, which makes me feel I'm not alone. This was especially embarrassing once, when I went to visit my mother-in-law for the day. Whilst going to the kitchen to help out with dinner, it happened during an aura whilst peeling and washing the potatoes for a roast. It was lucky I'd brought a spare pair of jeans and undergarments with me. Despite hubby still complains that it's "all in the mind", he always manages to have a good laugh with me after getting back home. Are you sure it isn't something you're eating - hot curries or something? I do get that, but didnt know why. For the bad smell... maybe I just didnt notice or wasnt told. I heard that its impossible to tell when ones breath is bad, including the old standby of covering the mouth and sniffing. |
