First, let me say thank you to all of you who have been patient and
understanding enough to reply to all of my questions. I've had a few
nutty weeks, but feel a lot better now.

My doctor said that NO seizures showed up during my EEG and that she
will just keep monitoring me over the next few months.

She said that I have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and that
my head pains probalby are coming from the fact that it takes so much
for me to focus on tasks at hand.

In a nutshell, I've been prescribed medication for ADHD and in a few
weeks will go back to her office to talk about how the meds are working.
She talked about some drug that's used for alzheimer's patients too, but
we'll deal with that during my next visit.

Thank you everyone. You ARE kind, considerate and GOOD people. Thank
you.

Karen :)

Hey, it was fun having you here, Karen.

This happens a lot.  I mean, a lot of us have had normal EEGs.  Generally, a
person has to be actively having some kind of seizure activity before the
EEG will catch it.

Finally, some answers for you.  So glad they were able to figure out what
the problem was.

Let us know how the medication is working and how you are doing.

Take care,

Barb

Karen,

Don't be so quick to run off and don't be a stranger.  Best wishes to you in
finding relief.  May God bless and keep you near.
