I have lost the support.epilepsy newsgroup from my internet provider
for some reason?????
I have found this "google" usenet to temp post this message and was
wondering if anyone can tell me (email me even)if there is another,more
direct way to get to the postings.

Can't you access a news.*** from your ISP, do a search for
alt.support.epilepsy and subscribe from there?

If you subscribed (before) on the group (you did a post ~Jan 9 without
google, using another groups access route), would it still have you
'subscribed' in your opening Groups Window? Mine now w. Outlook express, my
newsgroups are clustered at bottom behind nntp dot broadband etc. that is
my Cable Access of my Internet provider. When I resubscribed yesterday, it
loaded the 'last 300 posts' all in one blast, so took me about 4+ hours to
get caught up.
If you Unsubscribed (I think it would ask you first 'are you sure you
want to unsubscribe' before it took you out), you'd need above. If you
didn't, the group name should be somewhere down under your groups list (on
the left?). G. /ungeek- I put the xxx's in <>s below./

Maybe your provider discontinued support for this specific newsgroup and
removed it from their newsgroup servers? You may want to ask them. Are you
missing some other newsgroups as well?
