It may be Epilepsy Aware month in November but really I have not seen and
adds or anything on the tv to suggest it, it proves to me that they only
care about Cancer, TB, etc. and Not what I have or what we have Epilepsy.
It makes me MAD!,
I have Grand-Mal Seizures and I sure wish they would try and cure it instead
of it being on the back burner so to say.

Thanks,
Tino

Perhaps 'They' are not Psychic.   If your local Epilepsy Association Chapter
has not contacted the press, radio or TV, why blame the messenger?   There
was information in my newsletter from Local (Canada) Association,  it's been
on TV and in Newspaper a few times -- usually in passing, like 'it's going
to be warm tomorrow, a good day for the Buskerfest on Queen Street west,
featuring the Toronto Epilepsy Association main tent and other Charities and
Support Clubs and Groups ' .
*But our local chapter has put a lot of posters around Toronto (Subway
and Bus stations, information boards etc) that include photos of Children
playing and caption,  "One of these children has Epilepsy,  can you tell
which one? " and of course you can't -- which was the point of the awareness
advert.   Then their www address and local phone number are at bottom for
more information or to contribute (tax deductible to Canada residents).

I expect the Morning TV shows here had people speaking on them, but since
I don't watch TV then, I didn't see those. The News Channel I watch don't
*normally carry any or many commercials, versus the mainstream stations so I
don't have any statistics on whether those carried them either.
But like I said, if your Local Chapter (or you) don't put a program
in-place (preferably Mid October)  it won't get done. G./

Take a look at that post you just made that begins as above. Look at the
part you just _quoted_ !! Then look at the word "instead" and ask
yourself if there isn't some problem with the way OE quotes.

The word wrap occurred within 'Patti' s post.    That had exactly What to
do with Epilepsy ?  Have you considered a hobby?   G./

Nope. You're in denial or something. The initial word in each of Toni's
sentences was: It, adds, care, It, I, of. The word "instead" was out to
the right. Your OE moved it to the beginning of the line without an >.

A lot! If what we're discussing gets so garbaged up that it can't be
followed properly, then our ability to discuss epilepsy is impaired -
and unnecessarily I might add.

>  Have you considered a hobby?

Currently, it's trying to help you see the light and pulling you out of
denial so that you'll take the simple easy measure of fixing a problem
that screws up the formatting of every thread that you're involved in.

That's quite a sentence. Did you make it up all by yourself?

Did OE do it or didn't it? Let's stick to the issue.
