Those close to the border might hop into their car to do that, but I
didn't see any mention of
people in Florida. The cost of round-trip train fare from Florida would
be more than any savings
on drugs. Most sales are by Internet or through store-front operations.

He's wrong as usual. Canadian drugs are equal in quality to US drugs and
most often the very same product.

Or if you're having trouble going to sleep.<g> We taped the first debate
and I just finished watching it yesterday. It's the first & last I'll
watch.

Canada regulates drug prices so that they are lower. That's the savings.

Normal economic law would drive down prices as volume increased. In this
case however, some drug companies are restricting the supply to Canada
and that does drive up the price. I believe that the drug companies are
protecting their profit margin on US customers by forcing them to buy in
the US instead of Canada. They accomplish that by restricting the
Canadian supply to only what Canadians can use and thereby leaving
nothing left over to sell to US customers.

Let me note that well over half the spam that I get is pitches for low
cost drugs!
