Canadian seizure lawsuit

I heard this on the CBC news yesterday, or possibly this morning, about
a campaign worker who was fired by his politician after experiencing
seizures, leading to a lawsuit.

Can't find this online, though - most likely not using the correct
search terms.

Anyone?

 If it was on CBC Radio (or TV)  I didn't hear it.   But their News etc.
