I posted this in another thread but I thought it might also be useful for
those not following that thread. If you're away from your internet provider
(e.g. in an internet cafe) and wish to read and post to the group, you can
do so through Google for free.
www.google.com
Select "groups" from the links under "Google".
Select "alt" from the group hierarchies.
From the pull-down menu, select where "support" would be located
alphabetically (i.e. stop..syquest).
Select alt.support.* from the list.
Go through the alt.support groups until you see alt.support.epilepsy.
There, you can read the group articles.
Once you're there, you can just bookmark that page so you can go straight to
it later.
In the upper-right there's a link to post to the group. You can sign in to
your Google account and then post. Signing up for an account is free. It
seems to work fine.

Thanks for doing that twice. I sometimes get emails from people who've
found one group message via google or other routes and don't realize they
could subscribe and contribute or ask questions. /G.

It is actually a bit simpler: go to www.google.com, type in alt.support.epilepsy,
select "groups" instead of "web", hit "search" - and the threads headers appear...
