on a hamburger?

Dave was the Astronaut in '2001'  who Disconnected HAL (the computer).

We had an Alternate Dave, here, who used to post more regularly when he
wasn't on the Road between the U.S. and Canada....  He was a Bachelor (he
said)..   Perhaps he's 'met someone'....    G./

g'day gr,

i'd heard he found himself a little cutie and he was shacked up somewhere in
the antipodes. looks like hearts will be breaking all around the internet.
mary may just have to settle for one of the cheaper models like me or you.
pablo
p.s. i've been a little quiet myself lately as i'm selling my house and
moving. the stress of selling and moving is unbelievable, i've hardly slept
in weeks and i've started to have a couple of auras. hopefully when it's all
over everything will get back to normal.

I hope so. I haven't moved house for forty years and don't intend to every
again (except that most weekends are spent under canvas in various parts of
the kingdom which could be called moving house).

Howdy Mary!

Has HowdyDave gone?

Oh well... guess maybe he's got other commitments to other support groups.

'Course I'll never find another Mary or Liz or Lisa.
sigh....

BTW: Charani just doesn't miss me 'cuz she never got to know me...

Oh well... I'm off again to some other remote hinterland of the world for a
bit...

See ya' when I see ya'!

Sorry, Dave, I was weeping. I wouldn't dream of calling you that. It's not
