I know people who swear by them (for other conditions) but people do tent not to admit that they've been sold snake oil. I can't see that they'd do any harm, why not try it 'for the purposes of research' :-) And report back to us. It certainly helped me. One of the Bach's floral remedies. I know other people who've also used it with positive effects in the past. I've also been prescribed magnesium and a homeopathic remedy called 'Galium Heel' which are also supposed to be good for nerves. I can't tell you if they worked as I kept forgetting to take them on a regular basis.....Same old story, isn't it?
