hey all,

as a vegetarian... i don't eat the meats, fats and the such that this
ketogenic diet is endorsing. so i'm mostly eatly fruits, veggies, pasta, and
egg and milk products.

now could my diet be triggering more seizures since its the opposite of
ketogenic diet that is supposed to keep my seizures at bay? am i taking in
too much carbs? is this a viable concern?

thanks,
phil

I doubt it Phil. The Ketogenic involves much more
than eating meats, ect. It involves a fasting procedure
that puts the body in a state of ketosis, then maintaining
this state through a strict diet.

Regards
Michael
