I've been in one hospital test, but I could move around and even leave the
building if I wanted, but that was part of a study. I've been hospitalized for
other things and it was boring, boring, boring. Wish I would have known in
advance so the time wouldn't have been wasted. I could have caught up on some
crafts, reading, writing letters to people, made out my Christmas cards in
advance, and stuff like that.
If you are worried about pain, well, I'll tell ya, IVs are definitely more
comfortable than they used to be. I'm assuming if they pull your meds, they
might put an IV in before that. Of course, the MRI and EEG don't hurt, but you
already know that. What parts of this hospitalization are you worried about?
Talk to yourself, Mark, if you are becoming apprehensive, worried, etc. about
going in the hospital. Since we both have CPS, you know that our brain can blow
things out of proportion, so keep telling yourself your brain is influencing how
you feel.

All news servers are sponsored by individual isps that only
answer to their own hierarchy, if they have one.
There is no www control of usenet newsgroups, & even if
there was, usenet isn't the only bulletin board styled
network on the net. Which one would you like to start with?
It's also my understanding through querying my own isps
practices that it's up to your isp as to what usenet
newsgroups are archived & what is not.
This is a second post of the same response. This one is via google,
the first via bigpond. I apologise if both posts register, but I don't
beleive that bigpond will.

Hi
Thanks for the replies.
Barb,
I'm not worried about the hospital at all. I am a frequent flopper there.
Thanks, but I was being facetious about talking to myself; I suggest you
never listen to me or read anything I post.
Linda,
I got this after I posted the query about not getting a response (on the
21st). It was on a cable ISP in Manhattan, not Google or bigpond. I think
the problem is with my provider.
The messages appear on different groups at random or not at all.
I am sorry to pester the group with this, but by posting , I can close in on
the problem with an epileptic style stalking method.
From what I can gather, the problem emanates from Outlook Express or
Internet Explorer. Or the Martians. Not me.
I have also received emails from other members of this newsgroup who have
had the same problem.
Stay strong.

I have not recieved many responses to my post either but I figured I
did something wrong as I am new to the whole group thing. I am glad to
know it's not only me!!!

The Group has nights where it's quieter than others. Your message will
stay up on other servers in Australia and Europe, so there might be
responses Later or Tomorrow from those timezones and others here who use
Dialup and only connect 1-2x a day.
I'm looking for an older post I did that included about 5 Ep. News
sites. On the Ep. Foundation of America (efa.org) and possibly the Idaho
website, there are links to either Temporal Lobe Epilepsy --> that's the
Olde Name for it -- it's now included within what they call Complex Partial
Seizures. If you find any sites or do any searches on Google etc. and
don't get many hits on TLE Try Searching under Complex Partial Seizures --
within that you could also look at Auras or references to those. That's
where the Deja Vu and Jamais Vu sensations turn up. G./

g'day amanda,
you will find that many are not inclined to answer if the subject doesn't
relate to their own personal experiences, but don't stop posting because who
knows what sort of answers you'll get.

One of my posts didn't get through the first time I found this
group,on that day I was trying to answer an Question that a woman
asked, and mark thought I was lying to everybody, because the only thing
the server did was copy the woman's posting. [later I found out it was
my firewall]
