Errrrr...

From some of these headers I am seeing on this news group there are some new
types of seizures going around.

I don't want to form any optical conclusions but are these manifestations of
drinking Bust Head with Topamax or grapefruit juice with Keppra? Whatever it
is, somebody better get these folks back on methadone quick.

I mean, donkeys(?!?!?!?!?). Sign me up for that one if it cures the seizures
I've been having, but I'll have to have a puff or two on that bubble pipe
first.

For the serious side of the pancake: Gross always mentions grapefruit juices
having an effect on meds. There IS a lot of material on the Tegretol web
site that confirms his assertions. Good work, baby. Unfortunately, I wrote
the address in Epileptoid and will have to decode it. It is approximately:

have to figure out.

I'm really out of it. I had a lot of "Squeezures" last night and Thursday I
go into the hospital for an oil change and possible Frankenstein
manipulation.

*** G** I got a 'Bad Gateway when I tried to Click on above. I think I was
able to find some stuff either on the http://efa.org website, Possibly under
the Medications, Tegretol page --- but I think it's whatever Family of Meds.
that Tegretol is part of that's affected by one of the acids in Grapefruit ,
which Isn't in the other Citrus Juices. And medications that are not on the
same Tegretol Family of components may not be affected. I usually post
that more frequently, since I had some 'random' seizures over first 2 years
that didn't have a Logical explanation at the time. Then when I got a
computer, someone posted it here or on the UK group (when it was still
operating).

I think once I also scored some articles on Google, by searching on
Tegretol and Grapefruit OR Carbamazepine (which is the Drs. name for
Tegretol), but I think the First dbl combination pulls down some articles.
