anyone else have violent temperments after a seizure. i'm usually mad at
myself for having a seizure, and wanna run around and break things or punch
drywall. i thought this was unusual, but the 3rd stage of a seizure, the
post ictal stage, says that its common that people tend to be violent.
anyone else have violent symptoms afterwards?

No.  I worked at a sheltered workshop for developmentally disabled adults where
many of the clients had seizure disorders (all kinds of seizure disorders
represented), and never saw or heard of anyone becoming violent during or
following a seizure.

If I have a seizure, I'm more likely to be depressed than angry.

Now, part of the symptoms of a complex partial seizure is the possibility of
the patient lashing out, striking someone, but it is not from anger.  If I'm
having seizure symptoms, I just have to warn my family not to sneak up on me
because my startle response is so extreme, and then it might be possible for me
to punch somebody's light's out, but it is not from anger.  Fortunately, this
has never happened.
