Have any of you had experience in treatment of Essential Tremmors.  I had epilepsy when I was really young and my research has shown that as you get older Essential tremmors may result.  Basically it is shakey hands (much less than with parkinsons but still just as anoying) and tends to get worse in times of stress.  Just wondering if anyone has heard of treatments (preferably natural non prescription kinds)  thanks.

It is a disorder to have shaky hands?  Wow, mine always tremeble
somewhat, but they are worse when I am stressed or upset.  I never knew
it was that serious.  Wow.

There is a condition called essential tremor.  It can be treated with
medications like Propranolol, a mild beta blocker.

Cutting down on caffeine intake can help (if that is the case of the
shakiness), but true essential tremor requires more.
