I'm looking for an easy to read, understandable, informative and
ENCOURAGING book about Epilepsy to read.

Any suggestions?

I haven't read it but one I've seen listed in Toronto Canada (Ep.)
Library and elsewhere on the internet is called 'Seized' by Eva Marie
LaPlante or Plante (? --one might not be exact spelling of her name)
-- about 10? years old.   It's written by someone who had late onset
(ie after childhood?) seizures, like mine, but before I got down to
the Toronto 'office'  they had moved three times in less than a year,
and I didn't want to play a 'Where's Waldo'  to try find them to
return it if I borrowed it.
When I see it at a Chapters Bookstore, I'll see if it's still
relevant to me (15 years after onset), and will buy it there.
If *you find it first, you could do a Book Review for us Here...  :-

I saw her give a lecture years ago, she is a very good speaker.  Here is
info. about her book "Seized Temporal Lobe Epilepsy as a Medical,
Historical, and Artistic Phenomenon"

Take care,
