yes. I do have them sometimes in my sleep. I've also fallen off of my chair
while trying to get up to get my medicine and lie down. I usually end up
taking either a topamax or vicodin because I don't have anything to stop it,
my family won't let me hve anything.

Thanks. I was pretty sure I wasn't alone in this respect. I took one mg
loraze last night, instead of the prescribed one half. But for two trips to
the pot I sdlept for 12 hours. I did dream. The onme I remember was about
my health and in the dream I realized I was - in the dream - having a panic
attack.

Hi. Supposedly we dream 4-6x per night and only recall what was going
on if we awaken during it, or are disturbed to move to a higher level
of alertness while it's going on.
The REM sleep (rapid eye movement during sleep) occurs when we've
moved to a more relaxed state and was used sometimes in Sleep studies
to determine when the person being studied had entered the dream
state.
The lorazepam probably helped you relax and move into the deeper
sleep state without having a restless night.
(One theory of the REM sleep was it was the brain doing 'house
cleaning' to clear out things that happened the previous day that
weren't important to remember. Other stuff we learn or that are
important get moved into another area of the brain where long-term
memory is stored. Kind of a Disk Compression of the Mind. :-> )
