Dave,
they are not lying for the hell of it, it is only that we cannot imagine what
they have been through.
Take this from the listmate from Belgia, for example:
`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*
Have you ever listened to the snow fall?
`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*`~*
-------------------end of quote.
What he describes is called hyperacousis, they hear through closed doors, a
special arousal of the hearing areas of the brain, just one of the many types
of epilepsy, but they are not lying for the hell of it! They suffer like hell,
that is the truth.
I know a man who experienced this type of extremele well hearing, either as his
own phenomenon or otherwise caused by his meds (depakote). It is known that
certain forms of epi are caused be the AEDs, it is written on the insert slip.
"Nothing is more phantastic than reality" this applies especially to someone
with epi.
It is in sleepwalk that people have total amnesia, but it is very possible that
a person might have both, sleepwalk at times CPS at some other times, with a
gradual changing of consciousness.
One thing is clear: they suffer, dave, don't push them off for research lists.
By the way: who is a doctor listening to, when he tries to diagnose? A medical
layman (+f), the patient. If best, also his fam, friends, bedpartner, whatever:
also laymen. And it's laymen f i r s t that are the source. Laymen know
such a lot, sometimes more a doc could dream of.
Please, forgive me for digging and digging for an answer, but this is not fun,
believe me.

Howdy Liss!
Sorry to say that many people (not necessarily on this group) DO
intentionally and maliciously feed people misinformation for the hell of it!
