Is lamitrin used only in epi grand mal? If not, so in which and when
is give patient?

It is used for several different types of seizures:

Note that there are several different spellings of the name internationally, but
they all refer to the same drug.

Yes, You have got right. And in this main component are many other
name in this same country.
