Hello :)
First, sorry for my language, which is not exactlly perfect.
Could You write how long have You since one seizures to other? Do this
seizures are Simple or complex partial, secondary generalized or
general tonic-clonic?
Do situations when You have epi, change in EEG (seizures in EEG notes)
and don't have seizures is normal?
Is it possible, that someday (I don't know when and how long time ago)
I was a organic change in my brain. (I don't know did doctor know this
by EEG, MRI, X-scan or how). Is it posiible that now in my brain isn't
any organic change?
I have my first when I was 6,5 age general tonic-clonic and was in
clinic death. I haven't breath and beet of hearth 40 minuts yet when
ambulance come. I've got slowlly loss left cerebral hemispher. Next 10
hours befour my conciusness back. Later I have a few this seizures.
Last about 11 years ago. But Since this time I have simple and complex
partial and (?) secondary generalized. Very offen I heard in the night
(befor I go to bed) voices which aren't.  When is day or evening i
must (not offen) body jerking. My right hand more than left. It's
softness, and almost always not together. Just like my leg. I've got
also someething that my right left jumping up (one times). I can't
stopped it and don't know when it will. Sometimes I see befor me and
didn't see, heard anything. I don't know what people talk to me then
and don't remember what they say. Just like what's happening then.
It's meabe a few seconds. What could it be? Do You have the same
sympthoms?
How offen do You have a headache? Is it true, that in epilepsy of
temple, isn't headache?
I have got trileptal 600-0-750 and Orfiril 600-0-600.
Do You are changing in Your's behaviors? Which?

Hi Angels - after I restarted my full Dilantin dosage, 400 mg/day, I
went almost 2.5 months without seizure.  However, in the last 2 month I
have returned to my regular quota of a grand-mal every 2 weeks.  This
is similar to previous experience.  However, I have continued my
regular recorded dose of the Dilantin.  Previously I would simply give
up on the drugs and would have a grand mal every two weeks on average.

My primary recommendation for grand mal people is:  if you feel an
aura, get your body low to the ground until the feeling passes or the
seizure is over.

Howdy!

Since I live alone and have complex partials,
my answer would have to be:

I DON'T KNOW!

It's bad news, that there isn't any leks wchich could stop Your's
seizures much time without seizures.
You take one drug or two or more? What doctor told about it?
I wish You good health and so drugs which could stop Your seizures.

Thanks for Your advice. :)
How looks like Your aura? So, You know every time, when You will have
a seizures? How does look like Your seizure (because every could have
other, am I right)?

I've been misunderstanding you, Angels. I thought that you were having grand mal
seizures and those would have been secondarily generalized if you were having
them. From what you say above, you haven't had any of those for 11 years so
disregard the "secondarily generalized" as it is not happening.

The "jerking" you describe above is a common symptom of a simple partial seizure.

Doctor told me that I have Tonic Clonic (generalized originally) and I
have temporal epilepsy. I still take Trileptal 600-0-750 mg, and
Orfiril 600-0-600. I get Orfilir because I have headache and
dizziness. I took many other drugs, and also Trileptal 900-0-900 (only
this drugs). I have worst result EEG than early. In EEG I was seizures
but don't know what exactlly. Doctor give me Orfiril and if it stopped
help me or when I started didn't help, I will be doing MRI and X-Ray
Computed Tomography becouse doctor didn't know what next to do becouse
in my sort of epilepsy (temporal epilepsy) isn't headache. He told,
that it could'nt be organic change becouse after this years, I will be
dead if I had it.
He told me too, that in the past after seizures (but I don't know
which) I have changes in the brain (organic) and he started control
this, know I don't have to. Is it possible? This change was in MRI or
X-rain. I don't know becouse I was doing this in hospital.

So, do You think that I have Tonic Clonic and simple partial?

I'll try to answer these questions on the "epilepsia" thread instead of here. It
might take me some extra time because I've been very busy lately.
