Many type 2 diabetics have found that decreasing the carbohydrates from
grains below these recommendations helps them maintain a low blood
glucose level.  Fairly reasonable otherwise.

A pint of tomato juice (tomato juice recommended at this site) is
16.8/28.4 = 0.593 oz of sugar. There must be a better way.
