I plan out what my evening meal will be each day, simply because I
shop weekly. I generally eat the same meal each workday morning, due
to lack of initiative at that hour - but I have no idea what I'm going
to be eating at lunchtime; it varies widely. I'd hate to have what
they describe as a meal plan - if everything you eat is OK, there's no
issue as a non-insulin-using T2.
