House Cleaning Tips & Tricks.
People from all over the country move to Florida for the warmth and
sunshine, but probably don't
realize the climate causes mold to thrive in and around the home:)

I kind of like Southern California where you can have hot & dry, hot &
warm, hot & cold &dry (desert where day and night are usually 30 to 40
degrees different), lots and lots of dust and sand but no mold, fleas,
ticks, plague, rattlesnakes, bears, coyotes, opossums,
earthquakes, mud slides..............but no hurricanes (unless they
come north from Mexico - and we have worse than that coming north).
So where is perfect?

Dare I suggest the 28th parallel on the East Coast of Oz:-)
Midwinter, and after a couple of days of needed rain it's a
beautiful mild 22C and fluffy clouds in a blue sky.

And I haven't seen a king brown or a taipan in months,
although it's time I sprayed for the red-backs and other
bugs....the floods only come occasionally:-)
