After getting pretty fed up (to put it mildly) of hypo'ish reading & asso.
effects, I decided to half my 80mg/day dose of the above. Now I've got mild
to significant vertigo :-(

Anyone experienced this after doing similar ?

The fact sheet with the meds doesn't mention anything. If it doesn;t subside
I go & see the 'quack' ;-)  Thanks in advance.

The fact sheet does not list it as a side-effect, and so the vertigo is due
to something else. Might or might not be due to the beast. I`d go to the doc
pronto, if I were in your shoes.

No nothing I have associated with gliclazide. I sometimes feel dizzy if I
stop exercising to abruptly though.

O.K. so the vertigo got worse :-( and I rang the quacks. He gave me
"Betahistine Dihydrochloride" (Serc 16) which I've had before as the quack
reckons I have M?ni?re's disease (way before the dx of DM). I certainly have
all the symptoms (that come & go over time). So commence the tabs swallowing
;-) ... pass the water please.

Thanks to Al & Peter F for replying to the post.
