Hi all

I thought I would just share with you that today I ran the Leeds Student
Race 10km in a time of 1 hours 9 minutes & 56 seconds. Until a year a go the
furthest I had run was 100metres & struggled to do that.

All that time in the gym has finally paid off both health wise & physically.

Diagnosed T2 3 years first by d & e & then just before Xmas metformin.

I joined the gym at Xmas & haven't looked back.

I am maybe more of a lurker than a poster but thought it may give someone a
little encouragement ;-)
