Well one happy bunny here (at last!)
All tests came back ok so that's a full years MOT pass sorted
Most interestingly though..my cholesterol has gone down to 3.5. In the past
2 months with it being a bit cold and being to tired after work to make tea
the local kebab shop now get 2 orders a week(downside is more exercise but
well worth it) now with the 'dreaded fries' so i was expecting something a
little higher and a very stern warning from the DN,
Bp 115/75 which was taken 10 minutes after my cycle ride to the doctors. The
levels to aim for or lower is 130/80 so im very happy.
So being diabetic isn't the end of the world, just a different way of
looking at it!
Mind you i have had to put allot of work into achieving this result so if
the lurkers unsure or worried about being or might think they may be
diabetic are out there come on in. Without the help of the members of this
group i wouldn't be in this position today and i thank them all for all the
advice and information and support they have given me.
Cheers
