Hey all,

Just got the latest bunch of strips for my Medisense Optium Xceed meter
and the results are coming in after 5 seconds! 5 seconds!

I've never really been bothered by 10s or 20s response times depending
on which batch the pharmacy gives me but these are really cool. It's
almost like getting the result before pricking my finger.

Gotta go have a shower, I'm caked in mud after phase 1 of attempting to
remove a tree. My BGs are so low I'm tempted to have some chips, I doubt
they'll spike me anywhere near 7.8 at the moment.

Have fun,
Bastian.

In a low garden directly adjacent to the pavement, we used to have some
lovely trees in that garden, the council decided to chop them down for
some reason without asking permission or telling anybody. I just had to
clean up the mess. At least it looks more like a garden now.

If they had cut down the pines then heads would have rolled.

Bastian.
