Hi
If anyone needs an interface cable for the One-Touch Ultra to a PC then I
have 3 schematics for you and the parts are all
available from Radio Shack except for one of the schematics which uses a
Dallas DS275 chip.
So if you are handy with a soldering iron and can follow a simple
schematic then these are for you.
*******
The only cost to you other than the cost of the parts will be to give me
the name of the city you live in when you ask
for the schematics.
*******
I built and am using the DB25 version because I had all the parts in my
junk drawer. It's been working perfectly for over
a year now. I designed these cables because after I had bought my One-Touch
Ultra I inquired about the cable and much to my
surprise they were asking twice as much as what I had paid for the
One-Touch. Plus they wanted taxes and shipping on top of
that. In my opinion that was just a rip-off so I researched and designed
these schematics which I am making available to
anyone who asks for them.
Best of health to everyone!

hmmm...I've gotten FIVE free cables from Lifescan over the
years. WHY exactly would someone want to get out a
soldering iron and labor over building their own cable?
Seems like a solution looking for a problem.

0anadian dollars. That included shippin and handling.
I am very pleased with the sofware and I print out a trend graph for
my doctor.

Hi, Don:
Here in the downunder Brazilian lands there's no way to get a cable. No
matter if you're willing to pay for it...
So, I'd really apreciate if you'd send me the schematics.
Thanks a million.
