Hello everyone,
I have a question about diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Is anyone suffering
from this and how are you coping? Have you mad any adjustments to your
activities because of this?
Right now, I have severe orthostatic hypotension, mainly when I'm gardening.
I drink plenty of water per day and did try those compression stockings
(doesn't really help). I get it so bad that at times I think I'm going to
faint. My physician did cut my Lisinopril from 20mg to 10mg but my BP
started to creep back up so right now I'm on 15mg. When this happens, my SBP
goes from 120 down to 70's. It really stinks.
Also, is anyone taking Alpha-lipoic acid? If you are can you please let me
know the strength and where you are getting this from?
Thank you so much for all your help. I'm a long time lurker and have learned
alot from all of you.

I take ALA 300 mg sustained release twice a day. I buy Jarrows Formula
from Provitamins but others have said that the cheaper brands work
just as well.
