What is a fruitarian
Fruit is the most beautiful food on the planet. The fruitarian diet is
based on the idea that primitive humans ate only raw fruits and
vegetables. Some individuals use brief fruitarian diets for weight
loss. How to become a fruitarian?
If you have health issues like high blood pressure then the
Fruitarian diet is foe you.

The only change that has been shown to double the lifespan of
laboratory animals is reducing their intake to half the amount they
wanted.
These hungrier animals were healthier by all objective measures both
in their physical performance on exercise wheels and their cognitive
performance in mazes plus they lived twice as long.
Therefore, it remains much smarter to eat less, down to the right
amount:

I eat mainly vegetables but I find that an all
fruit diet provides too much sugar for me
as a diabetic.
The net can provide articles to back up
most any concept but I'm thinking primitive
humans ate whatever they could find from
frogs to coconuts.
And...I guess the fact that they only lived
about 20-35 years doesn't matter much...huh?

You're a twit. But, as you are certainly a primitive human
you probably have chosen the correct diet for you.
