Dr Chung, is this a classic case of "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em"?

I would like the lottery numbers, please. Does it come with your
standard "2 million dollar guarantee"?
Thanks.

I've found that you can eventually persuade spammers who post through
Google Groups to leave your favorite newsgroup, even though this takes
reporting their spam for about a month and a half before you get much
in the way of results. I haven't tried this for Chung since I haven't read
their list of what isn't supposed to be allowed, so I don't know what to
complain about.
