See my other post asking about cinnamon. After seeing the TV ads for
this Cinnergen stuff, I thought I'd try it. I bought a month's supply
at RiteAid & the stuff is more expensive than my pills. I've been
drinking it as directed for about 3 weeks & you know, my daily
averages seem to be dropping. The last week or so, my highs have been
consistently in the low 140s & my lows are down consistently in the
lower 100s. Anyone using this stuff? It tastes good to boot. I bet I
can drink a whole bottle at a time, but that's an expensive drink!

Frank, forget the hype cures. Just use your meter to see
what's really happening and reduce your carbs accordingly.

If you really want the most effective and least  expensive
herbal/supplement cure that is out there, try Glucobate:

Once it loads, the special secret ingredient is revealed if
you click on the "Diabetes FAQs" link on the side-bar.

Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.

Hype cure or not, my averages are steadily decreasing daily &
they're more stable, too. I'm down to low 100-teens - 120s. I dunno
what's going on, but it sure seems to be helping. That's what counts
in my book.

In a short time it proved to be a fluke.

The mind has a trendency to fool us.

Reason sugar pills are prescribed very often.

No worries. YMMV applies. If it works for you keep doing it.

Have you tried any of the other suggestions people have made
since you arrived? Just possibly that is the cause of your
improvement.
