well, you can't HALT diabetes, so based on the title alone, i would tell
you to save your money
Gretchen Becker wrote Type 2 Diabetes: The First Year (i get the title
mixed up, but that's close) and it's an excellent resource
diet/exercise/meds is the treatment triad for diabetes............
diet/exercise are the MOST important part of that triad...... losing as
little as 10% of your body weight and closely watching your diet and
faithfully exercising can SLOW the progression of diabetes

Anything that claims to offer a cure for diabetes is likely to contain
severe exaggeration, if it isn't completely worthless.
