So far this method is working for me!

Before I went to doctor, I had after dinner BG level of 16!

Than I was trusting my doctor, and I used Diabex 1 tablet with diet - BG
10-12 and diet.

With 2 tablets of Diabex I had 8.

With exercises I was able reduce Diabex to 1 tablet with BG 8 in the
morning and 10 after a lunch.

---------------------------------------------------------

Than I've tried that method.

http://www.cancertutor.com/Diabetes/Diabetes_Type_II.htm

I'm not affiliated with this doctor, just found like many others on the net.

I use:  cinnamon, Gymnema Silvestri, doctor's medicine - Diabex 1 tablet
daily, Flaxseed oil

I'm on a strict diet and I'm walking every day for 30 minutes.

My BG is 6.0 - 6.5 in the morning, and even after the meal. Once I had 5.8!

So far I have my diabetes under control.

But, I have ordered GT&F Milk Powder from

http://www.putraonline.com/diabetes/index.html

I will post results of using it!

BTW. I have a question.

If I'm resistant to insulin, what's the point to inject insulin!?

My bg's are usually about 4.8-5.5. I don't take meds, I do eat a lower carb
diet and I exercise.  All without spending money on extras.  You are either
a fool or trying to sell us something or both.

If you're giving only these two options, you have definitely narrow view.

Your intentions are very clear, my dear!

Well run along and take your Diabex, keep up with your strict diet and
exercise and you will see you don't have to buy any supplements or extras
whatsoever. Your bg's aren't that high in the first place, a little common
sense and change of lifestyle will do the trick. Were you relying on the
Diabex to be a miracle drug and work without any changes on your part? I ma
into my 8th year of treating my diabetes with diet and exercise alone. It is
doable, and without all the extra expensive crap.

To answer your question, resistance is not a blockage it
just means that more effort is needed to overcome it. In
this case, more insulin than your body can provide.

Not that I suggest that is the only or even the best way to
deal with IR for everyone.

I'm afraid I become an instant skeptic as soon as I see a
phrase like this on a web-page dealing with diabetes:

"The Cure for Type II Diabetes"

That is so patently untrue that anything that follows is
irrelevant. The details of the miracle mix are an
interesting blend of good things like flaxseed and fish oil
and avoiding transfats with quack nonsense like coral
calcium and various "ionic" chlorella extracts.

So, you said "So far I have my diabetes under control."
Tell us about your control.

Please list:

BMI
HbA1c
triglycerides
HDL
LDL
average fasting BGs last 7 days
average one-hour post-breakfast BGs last 7 days and peak
reading in that period.

Just as starters.

Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.
