Been diagnosed T2 for about 1 year with up and down success controlling my
bg. One of my biggest problems is elevated FBG always around 130-140. When
my doc prescribed Januvia he said take it first thing in the morning, but
yesterday I took it before bed and my FBG was 120 this morning. Any
thoughts?

Januvia is not designed for fasting bg control, it's for post-prandial help.
How are your pp numbers?
You may need another method to get at the fbg problem.
