Johnnie McCoy - 08 Apr 2008 02:47 GMT Went to the doctor today. My TIWR was up to 3.5 - way too high (time in waiting room - 3 and a half hours)
Stupid trigs up again - 208... said it was probably the cat piss beer doing in and told me to stop. I told him huh uh, so he gave me some pill to counter act it - anthrax, or something ... oh, wait... here they are, Antara.
Got some cool new stuff, too: Crestor. I'm getting quite a collection.
Chicken and baked beans tonight. Just took my Lyrica so I'll be stoned by midnight. With luck, maybe that Antara stuff has some dizzy side effects, too.

I make them with coconut flour. They don't taste like coconut though. Overall, not a thrilling meal. I am getting rather sick of gluten free pasta. I tried a different kind this time. Has both corn and rice. Judging by the amount of leftover, nobody was overly fond of it.

What lab or test do you use? What is the reference standard for what is normal? What units do you use to report it? Please cite any journals or medical texts that discuss measurement of VAT.
You are always referring to losing VAT, so please explain your scientific methods for measuring it and reporting it to your patients. How do you or they know when they have lost VAT and how much they've lost? What studies is this based on?

I think the Fitzy sank during a pretty bad storm in 75, growing up in Minnesota, knowing the weather, there can be some very nasty storms on Lake Superior in November. Well, in April for that matter as parts of Minnesota just got 3 feet of f.cking snow, glad I moved because more is on the way. Plus, it helps to make sure everything is screwed in properly so you don't take on a million tons of water as the Fitzy probably did. I think it split in half too, probably busted over the top of a rock for good measure on the way down. Either that or the Skipper was hammered. Didn't a German sub take out the Lusitania? Perhaps Chung's next voyage (assuming all goes well in the far east) should take him across Superior in the middle of November, I'll keep on eye out on the weather as Chung would again most likely be given only a 10 foot boat with a 25 year old trolling motor. Only 2 gallons of gas would be supplied. Either that or the waters off the western coast of Alaska can be quite rough, certainly enough to test Skipper (Lt.) Chung. That might be a bit expensive though as Chung would need at least a 10HP motor and a 15 foot boat to stand a 1/1000 chance in the Bering Sea.
Since you are organizing the prayer circle and working with the North Korean government to assure Chung a safe passage, I think it only right that you, FH, should name the boat. Well hell yes, we need to send him there too as North Korea needs to be inspected for H5N1, the healthcare there is as horrible as it gets! Again, this is all assuming Chung survives the walk through Compton to the shores of the Pacific through gang infested neighborhoods. We are counting on you Andy boy!
Only one problem remains, how is Chung going to use his hand powered motor and row at the same time. He needs to cross the Pacific in less than six months or the mission will be aborted.

One could certainly use the word "vat" it certainly rings true when keeping Chung's boat in mind. We must also pay homage to the OMER and The Wanger himself. Omervatdawanger?

Right - so you're probably within the recommended alcohol levels across the week for you male types (assuming reasonable sized wine glasses), but that's an average - on the nights you drink, you're a bit over. Doesn't sound an unconscionably wild lifestyle to me... what day did you have your cholesterol test done on?
