Another thing we could do is

The only advantage to doing this, in case people don't see what the deal could
be, is that people who can watch filter can watch for ASD/ DM/ Diabetes/ etc.
& know that they won't be a certain kind of spam. Also people who have no
ability to filter or little ability, they can sort on alphabetical & also
easily get to threads that are preceded by markers like this.
