Losing Belly Fat

I've tried about all the miracle fat burner pills out there. I wish
there was one that really could lose the belly fat for real. Has
anyone tried one that really works? (With PROOF please!) I'd like to
incorporate one into my routine-if it was safe and really worked.
So far I've only found that diet changes and major muscle group
workouts have worked for me and my clients.

Go there only if you want to pay for a package of ebooks about diet
advice.  Many people find that the free advice offered in this newsgroup
works well enough.

You can always try the tried and true "touch your toes" exercise. You don't
have to actually touch your toes to be effective. $Pill-free too.

Hey, if god had meant us to actually touch our toes, he would have
placed them on our knees.

God actually meant us to touch other people's toes

I had a considerably rotund belly when I was diagnosed T2 in August
last year.  Put it this way, it stuck out further than my boobs! By
December it had decreased dramatically - simply due to a radical
change in diet (conducive to diabetes) and walking.  I guess I lost a
good 6 inches in waistline in 3 months.

There is no miracle cure - just a basic change in diet and exercise.

Yes I was always a skinny bastard, and since being put on a high carb
low fat diet was what caused me to grow a belly, it stood to reason
that doing the opposite should make it go away. And so it proved to
be.
