Same with my husband and he is not diabetic. If he eats, up goes his
blood sugar, later it goes down. It is a natural process.

Lorna, non-diabetics seldom go over 100 pre or post meal

has your husband been checked for diabetes?

Up until a few years ago, my husband never went over 4.9 mmol/l no
matter what the carb load. Now his 1 hr can go as high as 6.3.

The belly is making an appearance.

And so it begins...

His mom was dx T2 last summer. She does d & e.

He's interested in reading Quentin's book so there is hope :-)
