9:30AM- suffering form a flu-like illness with no fever, but all the
cough, body aches, headaches and runny nose-FBG 88-Not bad considering
the stress:-) Currently having Tamiflu and a gummy pill to help with the
cough (non-codine-blanking on the name, it begins with Tess, I think)

Since going off the Glipizide, (No diabetic meds at all now) I'm usually in
the 90s, sometimes very low 100s. My 1 hour PPs are almost always under 140
with the bulk of them being under 120 and my before dinner pre-prandials are
usually in the 80s.
I REALLY need to start my exercise program in earnest again. I've eased up
on it lately.
