My next annoying question is:
Has anyone come up with a diabetic formula for a multi-vitamin or food
supplement?
Adding things like:
- alpha-lipoic acid
- benfotiamine (B1)
- chromium picolinate
- etc...

why not try eating FOOD: instead of scam supplements which not only
don't do anything, are usually not ev3en what they claim to be
if it is called a "supplement" it means tat they have opeted not to be
covered by the POure Food and Drug Act, and so are not required to meet
any standards of truth in labeling, or purity.

G'day G'day,
A general problem with the "all in one" formulations is that the
amounts of individual ingredients is likely to be small. This is
particularly likely to be so where alpha lipoic acid is concerned as
it is expensive.
Best wishes,

Yes. But I don't know who. I have seen them but don't know the
particulars.

It depends on whether you are a Creationist or Evolutionist
University of Toronto scientist Lilian Thompson made unleavened bread
from navy bean flour and fed it to 10 healthy volunteers, with and
without the bean's normal levels of phytic acid. Bread without the
phytic acid induced 52% higher blood-glucose responses.

Take a look at www.flourishwellness.com
I think they have good formula and it seems to work well for me.

Sorry to piggy-back, Burt,
Blue Streak,
I would only say visit: http://www.nutriteam.com/natural.htm not for their
products but for a quick read about natural vs. synthetic vitamins in
layman's terms. Not meant to stir up a debate. Just fyi.
Note the paragraph on Chromium, since you mentioned chromium picolinate
(not GTF)
Best,
Andy
