On November 28, 2007, the FDA approved safety labeling revisions for
duloxetine HCl delayed-release capsules (Cymbalta; Eli Lilly and Co) to
emphasize that monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) should not be used
concomitantly or in close temporal proximity to selective serotonin
reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).

There is nothing new about such warnings about
interactions.  I am taking a SSRI, and tried a still
different one before having to give it up because of
side effects, and they both had this warning.
