There was a TY show on sleep yesterday.

The researcher seem to think there is a connection
between our altered sleep habits and the incidence
of Type 2 diabetes noted in animal studies.

I was not watching carefully but I think he noted
that sleeping in the dark was significant.

As we look for the increased incidence of type 2
this need more attention.

Mack, with all of your computer skills maybe you can find the
report.    I am back on heavy antibiotics and suggest
you pick up on this.  All I have time for is to cuss docs right
now.    I looked in today and was pleased with the posts
of a lot of people.   GUY does not matter but the proper use of the
group is most important to so many.

Links to studies have already been posted in other threads in this
groups on this topic in the past few days.  Keep reading the posts or
maybe the people who posted them will see this and repost them.

you can also find them by entering type 2 diabetes and lack of sleep
in google.  It takes less time to do the google search than read and
post here.
