How do people manage to get some much fiber ?
Do you manage to get 30 or 40 grams a day without high carb food ?
I haven't tried flax yet, that's my next experiment.

Flax :) I eat flaxseed porridge for breakfast, which is delicious, low
spike, and full of fiber. Then I generally have veggies of some kind
for the other two meals. I sweeten coffee and tea, and bake, with a
fiber-enriched form of sucralose. I think I get plenty fiber!

I don't eat a high carb or a low carb. My main source of protein is usually
beans. Plenty of fiber in there. I also eat popcorn. My natural diet is
very high in carbs. I've had to cut back on a lot of it because I don't
digest fiber well. Mainly it is the vegetables like salad and broccoli that
don't work for me.

I drink fiber laxative, once or twice a day, works for me.
If I skip for a few days, I get slight diarrhea!
Tried beens, all kinds, red, black, white, gives me bloating most of the
time!
Beens are also high on carbs.
