The first recipe starts out with mostly rice, which is too high carb
for most type 2 diabetics.

A while ago I discovered an Indian takeaway at a nearby shopping centre.
They make rather delicious chicken Tikka - no carbs, no fat. Needless to
say, I wouldn't have their rice or naan, as that would spike my bg something
awful.

I generally steal about a 2" piece from one of my kids, and slather it
in butter. I like the taste, but can't cope with the spike.
