FBG 85. Had BBQ'd Pork with Thai Sweet Chili sauce for dinner. One hour post prandial 114. I expected it to be much higher. ;-)  SignatureNick. It comes pre marinated and for one serve says 13 gr carb but I don;t get a rise in bg so I presume most of the sauce carbs go with cooking.
