I have seen a lot of people refer to a morning "liver dump" or "dawn
phenomenon". What is this referring to?

Elevated blood glucose in the mornings before breakfast.

This happens when the liver releases glucose by breaking down either
stored glycogen (glycogenolysis) or protein.  The purpose is to build
up glycogen stores in muscles to get them ready for a days worth of
activity.  However, because the muscles of a type-2 diabetic are
atrophied by the toxins coming for the black fat...

... the end result is the hyperglycemia that is misnamed either "liver
dump" or "dawn phenomenon" by folks who are essentially "downers:"
